Osmo New Zealand 2025 Limited is the exclusive New Zealand importer and distributor of Osmo products, supplying paint merchants and timber specialists across the country. Our formulas are made from natural plant oils and waxes — sunflower, soybean, and thistle oils, carnauba and candelilla wax — giving trade and DIY users alike a professional-level finish that’s safe for people, animals, and plants once cured. Osmo products are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified, listed with MasterSpec NZ for specifiers, and our TopOil range is certified food-safe to EN 1186 for kitchen benchtops and worktops.

Our History 

Osmo has had a presence in New Zealand for over 20 years, building a reputation among paint merchants and timber specialists as the natural alternative to conventional coatings.

In December 2025, Bailey Wood took over as owner of Osmo New Zealand. Bailey’s connection to the brand goes back seven years, spent specifying and supplying Osmo products across the trade, following an earlier background in painting and decorating and ten years of sales and operational experience. That combination of hands-on trade knowledge and commercial experience now shapes how Osmo New Zealand supports its network of stockists — bringing a proven, natural product range to more merchants, specifiers, and timber professionals throughout New Zealand.
